A page-at-a-time checker cannot see the issues that live between pages. Quorl reads the site and reports both kinds: what is wrong on a page, and what is wrong across them.
Proof of control comes first
Quorl will not crawl a domain you merely typed in. It crawls the domain you proved you control through your Search Console connection - Google's own verification - because a crawler that takes anyone's word for it is a crawler pointed at other people's sites.
